Our History
Montage Theatre Arts (MTA) was established in 1998 by choreographer and Artistic Director, Judy Gordon before becoming a registered charity in 2004.
Since its founding, MTA has existed to provide affordable, high-quality arts opportunities to the community of Lewisham. Growing from one class a week to a busy year-round programme of classes, holiday courses, workshops, and projects.
Our students have had opportunities to perform at some of London’s biggest venues including; Sadler’s Wells, The Southbank Centre and work with institutions such as the National Theatre.
Today MTA is run by small, dedicated team and overseen by a Board of Trustees
